The Creative Lab was approached by the DME Marketing team to help in developing marketing materials for a Honda Service RFP pitch. As part of the pitch we were requested to provide multiple examples of our service journey products reflecting the Honda brand, messaging and tone. To illustrate this we needed to tell the story of Honda’s customers.
Partnering with DME’s Analyst Team we were able to create a clear character and story development around Honda’s customer base.
This approach allowed for the visual integration of data points, analysis, customer insights and journey story to illustrate a clearer message of our product suite.
Understanding the customers allowed us to segment our journey into two demographics. The design solutions in relation to this were a clear concept and market strategy, designs for print/email/display, content development and presentation boards for each customer base.
The impact these materials had on our marketing and executive teams led to a new standard in how DME pitched creative to clients and proposals.
