One set of guides to reference it all
As creative director I oversaw the design & development of a handbook for our Toyota Service Journey as a go-to reference guide. With many moving parts in the program, we needed to make it simple enough that someone with no knowledge of the Journey could understand it, while maintaining the level of detail necessary to grasp the nuances.
Using charts and other graphical representations of the journey path accomplished this better than description alone. The finished product, delivered in hardcover post-bound format to allow for updates as the Journey grows and changes, also contained a digital and travel-sized copy of the book, packaged together in a portable, refined black box.
